For 2 servings:
- 400 g fish fillet (e.g. saithe)
- 1 egg
- Salt, pepper
- 1 tbsp herb mix
- 120 g breadcrumbs
- 2 burger buns
- 1 red onion & lettuce leaves
- Lauenroth dips (e.g. aioli or cocktail sauce...)

You need
Preparation
- Chop the fish fillet in a food processor. Add the remaining ingredients and mix together.
- Shape the fish mixture into patties and fry in an oiled pan for approx. 6-8 minutes.
- Bake the burger buns in the oven according to the instructions on the package until golden brown and then cover the lower half with the salad.
- Drape the meatball and top it with the sauce of your choice, a few onion rings and Lauenroth prawn chips.
