
Bollywood prawns with rice

Ingredients
- 125g basmati / wild rice
- 300 g Lauenroth prawns "Bollywood"
- Saffron
Serves 2
- Cook the rice gently in salted water over low heat in a closes saucepan for about 16-18 minutes
- Arrange the rice and shrimp "Bollywood" on to the plate and decorate with saffron as desired
