
Starter: smoked salmon salad
Delicious and easy starter for your Christmas dinner

Ingredients
- Fresh field or wild herb salad
- 300 g Lauenroth smoked salmon salad
- Beetroot sprouts or cress to decorate
- Crispbread for dipping
Serves 2
- Marinate lamb's lettuce or wild herb salad with a little oil, salt & pepper
- Serve in a glass
- Drape the smoked salmon salad on top
- Garnish with cocktail tomatoes, beetroot sprouts or cress as desired
- Serve together with crispbread
