
Matie bread - with side dish Matie tartar
An all time classic!

- Spread some butter on the bread and place the salad on it
- Put the Matie on top and spread some onion dip on it, garnish with onion rings
- If wanted, add some tomato or apple slices
- Matie tartar perfectly fits as side dish
Sidedish Matjestatar:
- Cut the Matie, the apple and the onion into small slices and mix them up
- At pleasure add some dill, cress and pepper and stir it well

- 1 thick slice of brown bread
- butter
- 1 hand full of green salad
- 2 Lauenroth nordic Matie filets
- 2 tbsp Lauenroth oniondip
- 1 tomato / 1 apple (optional)
- some onionrings for garnishing

- ½ onion
